My work focuses on expanding economic opportunities and enhancing well-being for historically marginalized communities by designing and implementing solutions grounded in lived experiences, data-driven insights, and sustainable impact. With experience across mission-driven organizations and high-growth tech companies, I specialize in program development, cross-sector partnerships, operational excellence, and strategic planning.
Currently, I’m at Asian Women for Health advancing health equity for Asian women and individuals from historically marginalized communities through community engagement, education, and representation. As the Director of Operations & Strategy, I steer organizational & advocacy priorities, program alignment, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth initiatives.
Previously at Twilio, I managed enablement programs for the Segment R&D Department. At DESIGNxRI, I advanced economic and community development for the Rhode Island’s design sector. At Design for America, I managed a national network of social impact innovators. At International Rescue Committee, I developed financial literacy courses and job training for newly resettled refugees. At the Center for Forced Migration Studies, I conducted research for asylum seekers in Chicago, IL.
I studied Social Policy and International Studies at Northwestern University, and I’m pursuing an Executive Master of Public Administration at Cornell University’s Brooks School of Public Policy.
I currently serve on the board at Community MusicWorks, bringing classical music education to K-12 students in Providence, RI. I have also volunteered at the RI State Council on the Arts and RI Council for the Humanities.
A dedicated mentor and a coach, you can find me taking nature walks, deep-diving into jazz and Korean indie music, watering my ever-growing plants, and experimenting new recipes!
